Central park towers DIFC in Dubai Near Burj Khalifa

Project Overview

Located in the prestigious Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), just a short distance from the Burj Khalifa, Central Park Towers is a landmark architectural complex consisting of a 45-storey (219.9m) office tower and a 47-storey (243m) residential tower. Completed in 2021, the development has become a prominent feature in Dubai’s cityscape, both for its scale and its sleek modernist design.

 

Lighting Concept

To enhance its architectural elegance and nighttime visibility, the lighting design focused on outlining the towers’ vertical geometry, turning the structure into a glowing beacon in the city skyline. The goal was not only functional illumination but also to elevate the towers into an iconic urban visual landmark.
